As you know, any time you refer a service provider to a client, whether it’s a mortgage company, termite inspector, home inspector or a real estate attorney, the service provider is a direct reflection of you. If they do a great job you look invincible and you’ll build a lifetime relationship.
Of course, the opposite is true. If they don’t meet the expectations of the client then we’re both in hot water. The relationship with the client is in jeopardy and even worse, our partnership will not survive – a definite worst-case scenario that neither of us want.

Real estate is one of those rare professions where you’re required to do all of the up front work without a guarantee of ever getting paid…and it’s expensive being a broker (Board fees, state fees, national fees, license fees, MLS fees, sign inventory and the list goes on and on).

The staff and I are all Notary Public’s for the state of Illinois. When you need closing documents notarized it couldn’t be easier. Simply stop by one of our offices and you’ll have notarized documents. A small fee might apply if we need to come to you which will be known beforehand.

Sometimes our clients simply cannot make it to the closing or be in a position to pre-sign documents beforehand. No problem…and the good news it’s a free service. Just give us a day or two before closing to generate the paperwork.
